Transformation: Design a new strategy to create a new business Model and advanced digital strategies to introduce the Company into the next level of 4.0 industry and services;
Brand: Creation of institutional campaigns, sales incentive, endomarketing for online and offline media. Creation of a media plan with the approval of investments. Manage Different Marketing Agencies to help the company in this demand. Product: Develop the Innovation and the Education area with new products to increase Sales and drive the Brand for the First position to be a Reference in Education Beauty;
Operations: Relationship with Suppliers, approval of new contracts, monitoring of Sales and inventory, educating for consumption.
Digital Strategy: Inbound marketing: SEO, Social Media, and Content.
Global Projects to Develop the Brand: US, Equador, Costa Rica, and Central America
Own local ideation process to identify & qualify, incremental opportunity to achieve sales
Enabler for category leadership and a key link to a global team
Stewards and champions execution of global projects Approves one-year cluster/country marketing annual innovation plans Owns the brand communication brief for local initiatives e.g digital, rep & brochure creative content is on brand and meets the consumer need
Innovation Hub: Responsible to drive new projects in Marketing to develop the Brand for new consumers. Currently acting in a Gamification Project to give access to the students for learning in an Online Platform in a creative new way to Study Financial: Approve the Expenses and Budget for all the Projects involving Marketing, Operations and Education Area managing Capex and Opex with the Board of the Company. Fusions and acquisitions: Responsible to develop the marketing and Operations of the New Brands acquired by the Company. Currently, I develop two new Brands, MYLASH and others that are Confidential.
