• Oversaw and expanded portfolio of more than 500 customers across 170 countries aimed at enhancing AT&T's global footprint and customer base in the telecom industry.
• Drove AT&T's global wholesale customer and supplier voice services to achieve a milestone of $1B in revenue, contributing to the company's international market presence and financial success.
• Managed sales organization by leading and mentoring three regional organizations with 80+ team members across 17 countries, focusing on sale of wholesale space to telecom carriers, cable providers (CATV), mobile operators, prepaid card providers, carrier sales channels, and agents.
• Achieved exceptional customer satisfaction ratings, with post-sales survey results consistently in the 99th percentile through superior customer service and fulfillment standards.
