Management of the relationship with shareholder banks and issuers, mainly Bradesco. Development of the positioning of the Elo brand within the issuing bank to encourage card sales: incentive campaigns, development and dissemination of assets, internal marketing campaigns, sales force training, sponsorship of external and internal events, activation actions, POS positivization, product launch and preparation and monitoring of the communication plan for clients and potential leads. Development of annual planning and positioning of Elo's International Trade area. Creation of national and international promotions and communication campaigns to increase Elo's perception of acceptance. Positivation of POS in the focus countries of 2017/2018 planning, activation team management, budget control and budget management. Global relationship with Elo's international partner, Discover, to ensure brand alignment, positioning and activation. Campaign development and budget management in accordance with Discover's guidelines and policies, in addition to supporting the relationship of Elo's internal areas for global operations. Development and monitoring of campaign and project performance reports to control brand and transactional KPIs. Creation of projects and events for internal areas, such as innovation, Compliance, Information Security and Products.
