Mike Rodríguez is a pragmatic, direct, and constructively challenging executive coach known for blending senior-level business experience with sharp listening, clear communication, and the ability to dismantle limiting beliefs. He is particularly effective coaching young directors and high-potential managers, helping them unlock new possibilities through cutting-edge leadership and personal development tools. Mike holds a B.A. in Communication from Tecnológico de Monterrey, an MBA from UDLAP, and a Master in Coaching from the Universitat de Barcelona. He completed the Senior Management Program at IPADE and advanced executive programs in Strategic Marketing (Northwestern University), Management (Emory University), and Sales & Marketing (Tecnológico de Monterrey). With more than 35 years of executive leadership in global companies—leading strategic, commercial, and operational functions—Mike brings real-world insight to every coaching conversation. He is a certified ICF ACC Executive & Life Coach, trained in Peer Coaching and Educational Coaching, and a certified DISC and 12 Driving Forces analyst (TTI). He is also a Certified Trainer in Learning & Development Maps (Canvas for You). Mike has taught Leadership, Strategic Communication, Sales, and Marketing at institutions such as ITESM, Universidad Anáhuac, ICAMI and Universidad La Salle, and has served as a graduate professor at IESDE and mentor to entrepreneurs at INQBA Business School. He has delivered workshops and keynote sessions on Leadership, High-Performance Teams, Commercial Execution, Customer Experience, and Communication.
