-Explore new ways to acquire and retain customers beyond current strategies and tactics..
- Set goals for the number of new customers acquired each month and the cost to acquire each customers.
- Evaluate the return on investment of new customer acquisition campaigns.
- Analyze our customer database to develop target market segments and targeted marketing initiatives.
- Plan, execute, manage and measure the performance of all customer retention campaigns.
- Conduct focus groups and surveys and analyze web analytics to develop an understanding of our customers’ demographics, psychographics and behavioral patterns, and share customer insights with the organization.
- Assume the role of primary contact for key distribution co-development partners which will including liaising with leaders of teams across both internal and external teams/organizations.
-Identify, scope, develop and execute on target partnerships to advance company strategy in distribution, strategic content integration, revenue development, market integration, and related initiatives.
- Work closely with multiple cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals, resource expenditure planning, and management in executing on existing and new partnerships.
