- Expanding strategic customer relationships to drive larger impact for the customer and VP/C-level executives
- Managing a portfolio of fast-moving large global complex accounts (with YoY growth of more than 100%)
- Setting and implementing the short-term and long-term market expansion strategy (GTM) - Driving business development activities, identifying opportunities (SCOTSMAN), RFPs (exceeding Revenue and Profit targets)
- Contracts (Fixed Price, Time and Material, Dedicated Team, Outcome based) and negotiations
- Working with EMEA Executive Leader on the strategy
- Overseeing the delivery of professional services teams
- Close cooperation with sales leadership to align goals and incentives for the overall benefit of the unit
- Hiring, leading, inspiring, coaching and developing a high-performing team of Delivery Leaders, Client Partners and Salespeople to reach their personal goals and upholding company culture & values
- Partnering closely with cross-functional team of Business Partner, Finance Partner, GTA Partner, Marketing, Partnerships and Center of Excellence
- Keeping members of the unit well informed of SoftServe’s corporate values, strategic goals, changes within the company, and general corporate news (eNPS over 50)
- Poland's ambassador to SoftServe, the leader of Global Delivery Expansion strategic initiative
