• Oversee and manage the performance appraisal system.
• Implement talent management strategies to identify high-potential employees.
• Manage the entire recruitment process along with behavioral evaluation.
• Payroll & Benefits Forecasting.
• Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs.
• Softwares: Smartrecruiters, Brassring recruiting, ADP HRIS, CDS, Predictive Index.
