We work with organizations to embed EDI in how they operate in Human Resources, marketing, supplier diversity and inclusive product development. I am a leadership coach for women of color. » Created and led the development of a proprietary equity and diversity measurement and assessment tool that is industry agnostic and specifies impactful action steps towards a diverse and inclusive workforce
» Identified competitively advantageous opportunity/foothold for Canadian businesses and led a trade mission of women entrepreneurs to Croatia—one of the first in Canada by a privately-owned entity
» Also served as a strategic advisor for community engagement strategies at the local, provincial and federal levels ALSO:
» Perform HR audits for multiple companies in the tech sector and develop hiring plans, onboarding programs and create an inclusive culture strategy for underrepresented groups
» Restructure procedures by coordinating with CEO/COO of various companies to create and execute people-focused HR projects » Create and facilitate workshops for organizational managers on topics of gender equality, unconscious bias, leadership development and cross-cultural teams
» Coach executives of multi-million-dollar companies to business leaders, small-business owners, on how to manage career development, team management, leadership with a diversity and inclusion lens
» Development of a skilled immigrant career development program projected to impact 200,000 immigrants over a 3-year period
