Inclusion Officer at Veza Global, is deeply passionate about the Future of Work,
diversity in AI, and inclusivity for women of color in the workplace. With over 25 years of
experience in diversity, equity, inclusion, leadership coaching and human resources,
Manpreet established Veza Global to support organizations, including government, tech,
UN, and international non-profits, to become more equitable and inclusive. Manpreet
has been ranked #15 globally on the 2020 EmPower Ethnic Minority Future Leaders list.
She also consults with startups and small businesses, helping them leverage artificial
intelligence for efficiency, inclusion, and people resource management.
Additionally, as a holistic leadership coach for women of color, Manpreet draws
from her extensive background in leadership, coaching, human resources, change
management, internal audits, and community development.
Manpreet is passionate about taking an human centered approach to helping individuals thrive in the
workplace, especially those from equity deserving backgrounds. With over 20 years experience in
human resources, diversity and inclusion and management consulting with much of that time spent in
higher education, technology, international NGOs and government, Manpreet brings a systemic
change approach grounded in coaching and internal audits. Manpreet had ranked #15 globally on the
2020 EmPower Ethnic Minority Future Leaders list and is a King’s Coronation Medal recipient.
Manpreet received her Master's in Organizational Management as a Certified Human Resources
Professional, Certified in Gender Mainstreaming and Certified Internal Auditor. She is a settler, born in
Canada with parents from India, living with an invisible disease and advocating for others who live
