-Work closely with colleagues to foster strong working relationships and ensuring HR support aligns with organizational objectives
-Partner with Site Leadership and employees to foster collaboration, employee engagement and demonstration of company values
-Support the performance management process; conduct internal and external compensation analyses
-Collaborate with the Communications & Engagement team to develop and execute initiatives that foster a positive company culture and boost employee morale Systems
-Administer and optimize HRIS systems, including accurate and up-to-date employee records
-Generate reports from various systems including TriNet, aiding leadership teams in decision-making and compliance
-Provide comprehensive support to employees by efficiently managing and facilitating leaves of absence, ensuring a smooth and compliant process
-Facilitate the offboarding process including data management and exit interviews
-Coordinate with immigrant attorneys to successfully process and secure employee visas, demonstrating a commitment to navigating complex immigration processes Recruitment
-Support full life cycle recruitment from the intake of new requisitions through phone screens, scheduling, coordinating, and conducting interviews
-Act as the main point of contact for Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse)
-Manage the onboarding process for new team members: administering background checks, HRIS entry, coordination of orientation
