Previously I was responsible for supporting and carrying out HR operational activities in an accurate, timely manner and according to applicable regulations, including employee relations, personnel administration, HC Information System, as well as sound and harmonious industrial relations. This role helped me develop interpersonal skills and analytical skills in analyzed company and people's needs. My previous role as a government relations executive was to create stakeholder mapping that aligns with the company's relevance based on cost-effectiveness and simplify business processes. I support the data and materials needed in the division's communication process with the government, and I also ensure the calendar of events runs as planned. Apart from that, I also prepare budgets, analyze budget requirements for engagement projects with the government and other institutions, submit budgets, and monitor budget implementation. I’m the go-to person for all improvement project things on my team. My friends would describe me as a team player, organizer, and reliable peers. Maybe you wouldn’t be able to detect that I’m a strong candidate in an interview, but if we worked together on a project for three months, it’d be clear. I like being involved in a project, planning, discussing, ensuring the project runs well, and anticipating problems that may arise. Sometimes, I really like seeing things from various perspectives, especially from a helicopter view. This helps me assess some of the positive and negative sides of a work process and makes it easier to decide something. My current role is overseeing a variety of transformative projects aimed at enhancing our directorate's capabilities. My goal is to enable our team in my directorate to focus on high-value tasks while automated systems handle routine processes, ultimately contributing to the overall success and agility of the organization.
