(Note: google search of Meg Geritz, my maiden name, will reveal significant achievements) Currently, I provide notional and practical support to Niceforo Farms Pty Ltd, arguably the largest Mango farm in Australia. My role includes Global Food Safety and Standards Auditing Support and oversight Germination to Maturity of 5 mango varities including specialist and developing pruning techniques. Staff training and supervision is also a part of this role. In my previous role with Australian Red Cross, I was overseeing the operations within remote Australia, ensuring all programs and initiatives aligned with the organization's mission and goals, and bespoke indigenous communities' decisions. This included managing staff, coordinating with other departments, and liaising with community leaders. My responsibilities also involved developing strategies to increase donor engagement and funds, as well as ensuring the efficient use of these resources. Responsibilities included monitoring and reporting on the region's performance to the national office and implementing any necessary changes or improvements. My leadership and management skills played a crucial role in the success of the organization within my region.
