• From 2012 to 2013 Project manager responsible for onboarding and IT specification of a corporate actions scheduler solution, with AIM. Identifying the needs of the final client, the process of the company.
• Responsible for set-up securities on the securities master database (e.g. Investment funds (UCITS and AIFs), equities, bonds, structured products…) based on information providing from official documents and financial provider’s information.
• Managing corporate actions, and monitoring that the static data (names, identifiers, mergers, defaults, …) and the dynamic data (dividends , withholding tax rates, coupon rates, splits, …) of the securities held in the portfolios are daily updated in order to allow correct NAV calculations and financial reporting to the investors and the CSSF.
• Responsible for database maintenance, such as reclassification of securities and changes in the investment policy of underlying investment funds, in order to ensure that investment compliance controls are working properly.
