I was responsible for building a team and staffing, guiding, leading, and managing the sales organization to accomplish the our forecasted sales objectives, and evaluate the overall success of the organization. Maintain awareness of competitive landscape, identify opportunities for expansion, new customers, new markets as well as industry developments and standards.
