I've been working as a customer service representative for over a decade, touching IT help desk, back office and front desk administration, call center and community assistant. In the meantime I've been mastering communication skills, Internet usage, Microsoft Office, Canva and social media platforms. Besides all these, I grabbed the opportunity to learn and become a doula, breastfeeding assistant and babywearing consultant, as my passion. I also have 10+ years of experience in the music industry as a singer and backing vocalist working for headliner and international bands.
