- Manage onboarding (operationally and strategically). - Actively participate in the development and implementation of Talent Acquisition and DEI strategies.
- Lead the development and implementation of Talent Acquisition processes.
- Ensure an excellent and seamless candidate experience.
- Build job descriptions.
- Manage yearly budgets for Talent activities.
- Stay up to date with Talent Acquisition trends and best practices.
- Create and optimize internal policies.
- Connect cross-functionally with Compensation & Benefits, DEI & People Analytics, Learning & Development, Communications, and Psychosocial Support to help build an effective People Operations function.
- Support and manage ad-hoc projects as needed.
- Main tools: Ashby; Lever; LinkedIn Recruiter; G-Suite; Asana; Slack; Namely; Miro.
