This included budget preparation and monitoring, cash flow management, accounts receivable and payable management, financial reporting, and financial results analysis. - Internal Control and Audit: I established and maintained efficient internal control systems to safeguard the company's assets and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures. Additionally, I coordinated internal and external audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and the accuracy of financial statements. I was responsable for the Strategic Planning development and follow up. - Risk Management: I was responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing operational and financial risks facing the center. This included developing risk mitigation strategies and establishing policies and procedures for risk management. - Operations Management: In terms of operations, I was in charge of improving resource efficiency and allocation, as well as optimizing processes in various areas of the center (1 theater, 3 art galleries, 6 auditoriums, various art workshops, press). - Team Management: I led a team of 33 people and handled all Human Resources-related matters, including defining necessary positions, job descriptions, profile definitions, recruitment, hiring, inductions, performance reviews, and training.
