In the first 6 months, the startup gained 30 clients and a team of 6 professionals.
Laura, based on the SCRUM methodology and the book “High Output Management”, created the operation process. It implemented decentralized management and worked through sprints, which made deliveries flow more efficiently. To optimize team communication, it implemented the Slack platform.
Attentive to the development of Gideon's professionals, it offered the team: fortnightly workshops on technology, marketing and design; access to the Alura portal (technology course), the Digital Marketing Scientist (V4 course), the Staage portal (digital marketing course) and Gideon professionals who carried out mentoring with teachers and entrepreneurs through BASE (ESPM incubator - Gideon was a startup incubated by BASE/ESPM-SP).
Responsible for bringing monthly product news, Laura frequently participated in marketing and technology events.
Finally, Laura was responsible for managing the startup and recruiting employees.
Gideon was a startup that operated on the bootstrap model, had no investment and throughout the
operation it had a healthy cash flow.
