I serve as the Proposal Manager and Government Relations Liaison where I develop and execute strategic plans for government contracting, manage the entire proposal process, and drive expansion efforts. I also serve as the Program Development Director at Engage-AI, where I orchestrate stakeholder engagement strategies and manage conferences focused on leveraging AI for sustainable development. I have held leadership roles, including Director of Operations at Results Software and Chief Strategy Officer at P3 Solutions, where I directed business growth initiatives, developed communications and marketing strategies, and oversaw large-scale proposal processes. From 1997 - 2020, I owned and managed Contours, Lebanon’s first personal training studio, where I grew the business from a one-person operation into a 23-person team. Beyond my entrepreneurial ventures, I have also managed retail chains, nonprofit programs, and congressional support projects.
