Evaluates plans and changes to plans. Makes recommendations to executive management. • Recruitment & retention - managing talent and succession planning; taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns • Employee Relations managing absence, disciplinary, grievances, and office conflicts. Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement • Performance Management coaching managers on performance management issues and processes • Learning & Development providing guidance on development for managers and their teams • Policy & procedures implementation of new HR policies, procedures and processes • Ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law. Ensure line managers are up to date with changes to any policies. • Managing priorities between casework and projects • Managing HR budgets ADMINISTRATION Ensure proper maintenance of all offices and employees safety Responsible for all aspects of office maintenance and coordination with building administration Review contracts of all company offices Ensure that all government related permits are properly monitored and updated
