Dec. 2024Buenos Aires y alrededores• Oversee the visual design process and execution of creative projects. • Establish and maintain a consistent and coherent vision for design campaigns. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as graphic designers, photographers, copywriters, and developers to ensure effective execution. • Direct the creation of visual concepts, graphic styles, and the visual identity of a brand or project. • Make key decisions regarding aesthetics, design, and visual elements of the project. • Create and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders. • Manage and guide designers and other creative team members to ensure deliverables are of high quality and aligned with project goals. • Be responsible for visual direction in advertising campaigns, editorial projects, products, digital media, etc. • Ensure that the final design meets deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. • Research design trends to incorporate innovations that keep the brand relevant. • Develop visual concepts for print, digital, and motion media. • Review and approve the work of graphic designers and other creatives to ensure it aligns with the overall vision.
