With over four years of experience in IT recruiting, I am passionate about finding and connecting with the best talent in the industry. I have a master's degree in geography, which gives me a broad perspective and a keen interest in different cultures and environments. I am currently a senior IT recruiter at Deutsche Telekom Services Europe Romania (DTSE Romania), where I support the hiring needs of various IT projects and teams. In my role at DTSE Romania, I use my knowledge of various IT technologies, to source, screen, and interview candidates for a wide range of IT profiles. I work closely with hiring managers to define the job requirements, outline the job postings, and facilitate the hiring process. I also coach the new team members and share my best practices and insights. Furthermore, I have a successful background in IT recruiting, having previously worked at Atos, where I also demonstrated my skills in SAP products, IFRS, and GAAP. I am always eager to learn new skills, improve my performance, and contribute to the success of my team and organization.
