From bootstrapped beginnings through Series A rounds, we support our members with access to funding opportunities, expanding market reach, and connection to a robust network of founders, tech leaders, investors and partners spanning 150 countries worldwide. Responsibilities: -Establish, grow, and maintain strong relationships with key tech partners, including Google Cloud, AWS, Microsoft for Startups, Hubspot for Startups, IBM for Startups and others. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, product development, startups and community, to ensure partners’ needs and expectations are met. - Conduct regular account reviews and performance reports to internal and external stakeholders; identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities. - Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue and maximize partnership renewals. - Manage and track partner satisfaction and feedback and ensure timely resolution of any issues. - Provide strategic guidance, teachings and best practices to partners on how to maximize the value of their involvement with Startup Grind.
- Develop and execute partner success plans and strategies to achieve retention and business objectives.
- Support and promote the company values through positive interactions with both internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis.
