·Building up investment plans, forecasts, handling suppliers negotiations, negotiating and closing contracts, following payments for suppliers, etc
·Specific financial responsibilities: setting up the financial objectives, following and adjusting the forecasts and cash flow, etc. Achievements:
·Efficient management of a 3 million € stock budget
·Overcome the initially set business figures: a selected and qualitative supplier panel, good profitability figures, great savings for the company (up to 20-25%), accurate and up to date price lists and price data bases
