This program called DLC (Digital Learning Companion), this program is a collaboration between Digital Learning Department of NTUST and Ministry of Education Taiwan to provide online learning experience with the students in remote area. This program is continuously open every semester and ends every the end of the semester. The goal of the program is to help elementary and secondary level student in Taiwan learning a new culture of difference countries and to improve their English speaking skill. The benefits for the university students are to get know more about Taiwan from the educational in remote area perspective and to practice their Chinese speaking skill.
