Defined MVPs and digital product roadmaps for a mass market multinational while using discovering techniques based in Service Design Methodology. Assess several companies in their digital journey through its different stages. ●Some of the activities I do as a Digital Business Strategy Consultant are: Benchmarking and Digital Asset Analysis. I call, co-define and host Design Thinking Workshops, surveys and other research methodologies that lead often to archetypes and customer journey mapping. Discovering, defining and mapping different initiatives is also common while prioritizing them through diverse criteria. ●Building roadmaps, functional backlogs and defining business KPIs are also common tasks. ●Building commercial proposals from scratch and answering to RFPs while defining which is the company’s main value to offer, focusing on storytelling and the sales pitch.
