Key achievements include * Expanded the strategy from 2 to 7 markets across the region by partnering with multiple stakeholders and understanding complex local market needs resulting in a contribution of USD $1B in revenue growth + 30k new Corporate Cards across Asia Pacific. * Innovated the strategy by developing a deep understanding of what resonated with the premium, untapped C suite audience and negotiated relevant, strategic brand partnerships with Deloitte, Forbes and the Economist whilst also ideating and delivering a net-new proprietary product to create a robust C-suite thought leadership program that delivered unprecedented levels of customer engagement and revenue growth. Strategy replicated across International markets. * Created and led the content strategy for the corporate global proprietary customer conference by leveraging deep understanding of market trends and audience needs then negotiating premium talent within a tight budget - delivering NPS scores of 93 (2 consecutive yrs) and exceeding attendance goals. * Identified and solved for an internal, multi market automated marketing approval system by working directly with the software development team, driving greater efficiencies and agility for the International enterprise and faster GTM deployment. * Hired, trained, mentored and led the Assistant Marketing Manager to execute the marketing strategy across multiple projects in 7 markets, within budget / deadline whilst continuing to evaluate and optimise campaigns to exceed targets .
