• Decreased tool modification costs during the ADQP design process by
introducing 3D printing as a solution for developing, adjusting, and
testing different parts.

improvement opportunities while managing previous launch programs.
• Led central team through full program life cycle from sourcing to
industrialization phase with proactive approach to evaluating and addressing
critical items for NAFTA plants.

tracking and influencing accountability to design and manufacturing
documentation milestones and timelines.
• Took initiative to continuously develop and strengthen Quality Engineers
skills from basic to intermediate on GD&T, design of measurements jigs, MFA,
Gage R &R, capability analysis and 8D's.
