- Support the acquisition of new mandates and lead end-to-end recruiting processes from the initial briefing to the contractual closing as well as regular follow-ups
- Responsible for hard to fill positions across Switzerland, sourcing candidate via GP Database, my own network, LinkedIn Recruiter, Xing, Google and beyond - Understand our clients’ industry, business, and culture to find the right fit for them
- Build long standing and trusting relationships with clients and establish a strong reputation for Ganci Partners in the region
- Build a strong network of decision-makers and key specialists, both in Switzerland and abroad to work with them as clients or as strategic hires for future mandates
- Develop relationships and execute mandates in different industries, especially the technical, insurance and luxury industries - Conducting executive appraisals (assessments) in order to assess the skills, competencies and motivations of the candidate and provide the client with a comprehensive leadership tool
- Organise CEO or HR Events to increase engagement with our potential or current clients
