May. 2016 - Sep. 2018Brussels Area, BelgiumEnsure corporate learning programs are in place to meet the unique needs of the business units in the Europe Region; identify business unit learning needs; implement tailored training plans to develop skills, knowledge, abilities, and competencies to meet the objectives of the business unit, while aligning with learning strategy. Key responsibilities:
• coordination, planning and facilitation of management trainings (trained 1500+ employees, conducted 1000+ hours of training);
• facilitating train the trainer workshops;
• supporting LMS;
• training content development;
• supporting change management initiatives;
• project management, including the Degree Program and other training and learning related projects. Since 2018 additionally responsible for employee engagement programs, fostering innovation and ideation, improving employee experience and motivation.
