I was commissioned to help with legacy code and launch it for investors in a very tight schedule, and help establish the team that shall take this further. During my consultancy for the team i was able to: • Develop and Fix the legacy Obj-c Codebase. • Build a team to develop the application on daily basis. • Fix legacy codebase, and provide the client with hotfixes. • Develop a crashed time plan for a tight series of hotfixes deliveries. • Provide the structure of development for iOS team to follow.

I joined in as an iOS Developer, then due to business requirements we needed to launch the Android app first thus, i started working on the Android app, along with supporting new team members, and helping with UX as i always had an eye for the details. • Developed the android Application that was later sold to samsung. • Engaged in the R&D team for mobile. • Presented new ideas and services to the management. • Worked closely with the CEO on presentations, new technologies, and the UX of the mobile apps. • Supported the iOS development team.
