I specialized in the elaboration of normative projects. I have participated in the coordination of public policies in Peru related to cultural industries and arts. I have also developed skills to manage large processes and projects at the national level, which I reinforce with the knowledge from my master's degree in human development: approaches and policies. In Spain I studied a master's degree in journalism and worked in the economy section of the ABC newspaper. In addition, I worked as a coordinator at the National Library of Peru and was in charge of the project to implement 40 provincial public libraries in fifteen (15) regions, which involved reviewing issues of public procurement and works for taxes.
