My position with Element is at minimum, two-fold. I am responsible for the financial aspect of the business which includes job and service pricing, bookkeeping, client job estimating and costing, human resources, and client invoicing. Additionally, I am also responsible for managing the digital projects such as custom web design based in WordPress and/or Squarespace as well as overseeing and participating in the creation of the web app projects Element has/had under contract. I am the first-person clients meet with to assess project planning, budget assessment and overall project parameters and am the last person they talk with at the completion of the project. We use a workflow/CRM program called Monday, but I have experience with Trello and Basecamp as well. Over the last 2 years, Element’s revenue and production capacity have increased by upwards of 70% due to my management of client projects, relationships and being the liaison between the Element team and our clients.
