Oct. 2023 - Mar. 2024Istanbul, Istanbul, Turkey• Develop and implement strategic recruiting plans and programs to achieve qualitative staffing and diversity hiring objectives for natural clinic Turkiye office. • Lead process development effort to centralize sourcing information and improve the efficiency of recruitment initiatives. • Develop process improvement initiatives and compliance methods. • Exploring and proposing new approaches and channels to satisfy Operation’s hiring appetite. • Develop and ensure implementation of high-quality recruitment, interviewing, selection, and strategic onboarding processes. • Build the skills and commitment of hiring managers to follow best practices in all stages of the talent acquisition life cycle. • Recommending improvement strategies to stakeholders to increase service satisfaction levels. • Elaborating on recruitment strategy, foreseeing turnover risk, and considering succession planning. • Designing and communicating the request of the required template for all Dyninno Turkiye’s positions to Improving existing skills. • Schedule all interviews with all prospective clients and determine all business development and recruitment strategies. • Contributing to Employer Branding when communicating with candidates. • Scheduling all interviews with all prospective candidates. • Conducting structured interviews on-site or virtually according to the set interview process, policy and script. • Using the most actual and efficient selection techniques - professional and psychometric tests, case/culture fit/competency interviews, etc. • Presenting shortlisted candidates along with an interview report and detailed candidate profile summaries to all stakeholders. • Maintaining healthy and timely communication with candidates by providing them with feedback on their current status.
