After one year as marketing executive, I was promoted to marketing manager and my responsibilities included: ● Line managing a team of marketing executives, overseeing hundreds of marketing campaigns per year, including management of direct reports - setting objectives, supporting daily activities, evaluating performance and mentoring to ensure best practice ● Campaign planning, segmentation (MS Dynamics 365), and execution (ClickDimensions), especially email marketing
● Responsible for budgeting, planning, execution and reporting of customer acquisition strategies across all recruitment channels for new member acquisition and to maximise income for the RSM across its products and services
● Identifying and contacting potential third party organisations for launching of partnerships ● Analysing user journeys across all channels to optimise conversion and increase efficiency of campaigns, improving ROI ● Overseeing brand synergy of all RSM communications in conjunction with RSM designers
● Liaising with internal departments and external partners and agencies to optimise performance across all marketing activities ● Leading the team in the transition from the office to working from home during the Covid-19 pandemic, ensuring all processes are online and seamless and the communication across the team remains strong
