The brand was built on a foundation of customer wants and needs while keeping an eye on differentiators that separated McNeilus from its competitors. These differentiators became the McNeilus value proposition - one that merged McNeilus's value proposition with a customer's wants and needs. This "symphony" was then validated through the development of a customer satisfaction program that tied customer happiness with what they paid for our product. This methodical approach led to the success of McNeilus Refuse and Concrete product lines, Canada's premiere London concrete mixer, the venerable Oshkosh S-Series Front Discharge Mixer and the CON-E-CO line of batch plants.
