I’m a strategy and corporate finance professional with over eight years of experience across M&A, financial advisory, and strategic consulting. I started my career at Arcano Partners, where I supported landmark transactions such as the IVI–RMANJ merger and the Hawkers capital raise. Later, at SpeedOut Advisory, I led buy- and sell-side mandates, including the sale of Llusar to MCH and the buyback of Torre Oria by its founding partners. In recent years, I’ve combined M&A execution with strategic consulting, advising both mid-market and large international clients on growth, capital structure, and operational efficiency. My work spans from building complex financial models and valuations to designing strategic roadmaps and supporting due diligence and fundraising processes across Europe and the Middle East. I bring a hybrid profile — someone equally comfortable in board-level strategic discussions and in the technical, analytical detail of transactions.
