Communication Plan (Manage PR, Design and Accounting team).
Executive team (manage staff, 60 people).
Event concept creation (Shanghai International Beer Festival, Shanghai International Culture festival, etc…). Coach and supervise (On site management, in charge of all vendors approx. 85 booths during the events).
Conduct market survey (with the clients and the visitors).
Follow Up / Reporting (Sales Report, Sales Forecast).
