I’m a clinical psychologist by background. Since gaining my doctorate over 15 years ago I have worked in government and third sector settings, choosing to specialise in overcoming conflict and violence. I have worked alongside the family courts for years, and am respected for my thorough, balanced and evidence based approach. I co-founded a CIC in the UK to help to reduce conflict and violence in families, the community and organisations with similar missions. I am keen to work with people and businesses to reduce the impact on conflict on people’s wellbeing and productivity, and to enhance psychologically informed thinking and creativity.
