- Collaboration and support with areas such as Product, Sales, People, Customer Experience, Operations. # Achievements: - Directed the company's first documentary web series;
- Production of two livestream shopping events. One of them generated over 6 times the revenue;
- Led a department that regularly exceeded delivery targets by 130%;
- Built a highly technical team with critical thinking and great creative capacity.
