EntercomClient Service Manager - Programs, Partnerships & Events
Aug. 2010 - Aug. 2016- Manage, lead and mentor the Marketing/Promotions department. - Manage promotional operations including Promotions Directors, staffing, the delegation of marketing and promotional duties, budgeting, and on-site execution. - Oversee communication flow within and to the Promotions/Marketing Department. - Work directly and collaboratively with Programming, On-Air Talent, Sales, and other departments. - Responsible for maintaining costs within department budget; annual budget planning - Adhere to policies regarding pricing, merchandising, commercial content, competitive product protection, contests, legal, etc. - Direct and operate station events, marketing partnerships and opportunities. - Inspect & negotiate revenue levers, promotional assets, sponsor inventory, revenue shares & profit - Management of large scale, programs, and multi-platform projects. - Work closely with the Director of Sales to seek, develop, & maximize new or current 3rd party (event, venue, or concert) partnerships. - Aid in development and maintaining station marketing strategies
