There are no other words. The focus of my work is primarily the development of a B2B marketing strategy for companies in IT services. In the last few years, I have focused on this sector and continued my work as a marketing consultant to start-ups and already-developed IT companies. In addition to focusing on creating a marketing strategy, I also deal with new DGTalents clients as a strategic consultant. Of course, apart from the IT sector, we also have clients in other industries that we help in their B2C part. We create strategies that we then implement. Part of the activities I mainly deal with are - advertisements on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google, as well as optimizing sales processes on LinkedIn. Finally - exactly two words are needed - passion because I do what I love, and communication because every day I try to get our clients the exact solution they need. Effective communication is the exact element that connects desire with a successful project.

During these 4 exciting months, I was able to meet many people from different fields, exchange experiences with them, and face my own fears to overcome them. During the program, we had various pieces of training such as topics of emotional intelligence, presentation skills, sales, personal branding, personal effectiveness, goal setting, etc. Thanks to the program, I met my amazing mentor who challenged me with different tasks that constantly pushed me out of my comfort zone.

In parallel, I worked on both brands as Delta.BG was focused on selling cloud services such as VPS servers, building infrastructure, system administration. The marketing team's work was focused on B2B marketing and executing a strategy that marketed these specific services. During my work in the company, I realized that the field in which I want to develop is the IT industry. My day jobs involved writing creative content that required a lot of reading and learning specific details around cloud technologies. I've always described myself as someone who loves my job, but during my time at Delta I can definitely attest to that. During the last months of work, the focus of the marketing team and in particular my task was the PR activities of the company, helping to come up with new titles and writing PR materials. One of my responsibilities at work was managing the personal LinkedIn profiles of the company owners, where I dare say I was able to build community and recognition for both them and the company. I am happy that during my work at Delta.BG I was able to develop my skills in creating a B2B digital strategy for an IT company, as well as develop my skills in Google Ads and SEO.

The challenges were to build an effective marketing strategy, as well as to write very useful materials aimed at recognizing the brand as a useful and reliable business partner. I was able to challenge myself in the field of copywriting and creating content for social networks and websites. Thanks to my team, I was able to expand my skills in Facebook and Google advertising, as well as SEO optimization of sites. Selling a complex service like hosting challenges you to follow many different segments of people because it is suitable for each one. I challenged myself with a non-standard task to write PR materials for the media in Bulgaria, which would position the brand in the minds of the readers of various business publications.
