Feb. 2017 - Apr. 2019Greater Atlanta Area● HR Business Partner for the Western Regions which consists of providing consultation to Branch Managers and Regional VPs on performance management, employee relations issues, policy and procedure questions and interpretations, as well as general HR support for 3 RVPs, 13 Branch Managers and approximately 270 employees.
● Conduct investigations on policy violations, employee complaints, alleged employee conduct, and provide recommendation for further action.
● Direct oversight and management of all Health and Welfare plans to include medical, dental, vision, disability, life, legal, and retirement plans.
● Implemented Human Resource Information System (HRIS) which included upgrading the payroll and timekeeping system, then managed the project of building and implementing the Benefits, Recruitment, and Performance Management modules of the ADP Workforce Now platform.
● Created and implemented Wellness plan with a 31% participation rate.
● Negotiated cost decreases to administrative fee, resulting in taking a projected 6% budget increase in medical costs down to 2% for the 2018 plan year, - Additional cost savings made for 2019 planning resulted in a small 1% increase which the organization absorbed (no cost impact to employees).
● Brought savings to the organization of over $130k via rate negotiations, auditing of carrier invoices, and negotiating with vendors for more competitive pricing.
● Responsible for managing key functions of the health and welfare, 401k plan, and FMLA/LOA/ADA/WC administration to approximately 680 employees.
● Supervisory responsibility for the department HR Generalist and USA Receptionist.
