Provide support in everything related to the use of tablets, initiates and manages tickets, in collaboration with the Service Desk department, in order to solve problems arising in the proper use of tablets, minimizing waiting time.
Create, centralize, analyze various daily/weekly/monthly reports based on data extracted from the Hamilton/Business Analytics console.
Actively participate in weekly/monthly meetings within the department international teleconferences, teleconferences with superusers in the field.
