• Lead group training sessions for faculty on teaching, learning, and assessment best practices, using platforms such as Canvas and ExamSoft.
• Manage the maintenance and organization of question banks for an annual progression exam in a PharmD program, ensuring accuracy and relevance of content.
• Construct the annual progression exam by carefully selecting questions from the maintained question banks, aligning with program objectives and standards.
• Conduct comprehensive data analysis on exam performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement to enhance the overall assessment process.
• Apply psychometric analysis using WINSTEPS software to evaluate exam reliability and validity, informing adjustments to improve assessment quality and fairness.
• Manage 25+ Canvas course shells per semester, ensuring seamless integration of technology and pedagogy.
• Work with the Director of Educational Technology to identify and address training needs in educational technology and teaching methods.
• Partner with the Director of Assessment to create and implement assessment strategies for curricular innovations.
• Promote innovative thinking around curricula and pedagogy, contributing to educational scholarship through evidence-based projects.
• Advocate for and actively work towards enhancing diversity and inclusion within the educational environment.
