- Responsible for CRM and Inbound Marketing, reporting to the CMO. Management of two CRM analysts.
- Development of the Customer Journey, mapping all contact points with the lead, since acquisition, activation, retention, reaffiliation and applying effective conversion strategies.
- Joint projects with the BI area for analysis of results and intelligence for communications.
- Development and launch of weekly campaigns, with offers in specific areas of Health.
- Application of Inbound Marketing strategies, such as Lead Score, E-books and Blog.
- Development of landing pages, forms, email marketing actions, SMS and automations in HubSpot.
