- Salary details to the finance department
- Follow up on employee time sheets and to take responsibility for ev. deviations are followed up and investigated. This is done in consultation with the employee nearest manager.
- Employment contract
- Introduction of new employees
- Staff Training / Staff Meetings
- Staff and Safety policy
- Employee and salary reviews
- Follow up on employee time sheets and to take responsibility for ev. deviations are followed up and investigated. - Dismissals
- Recruitment, responsible for and / or assist area managers
- Staff Training / Staff Meetings
- Staff and Safety policy
- Salary negotiation with employees * Attend when Area managers have performance appraisals and salary reviews with their employees
- Personnel Documentation * Responsible for documentation such as termination, agreements, employee performance reviews, warnings, etc. - Staffing for our work * The overall responsibility for an overview of the total workforce, and ensuring that there are confirmed individuals on all shifts. Other working tasks:
- Booking of travel and accommodation for the whole company
- Office Administration as: * Contact cleaning company, coffee and fruit, IT support, Richo * Purchase of office furniture / decor Parental leave
