Guarantees the quality of the product provided to the clients. Generally gets involved in projects of high financial impact and significance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Communicate with project stakeholders in an appropriate and effective manner
• Coordinate project activities between all stakeholders as well as with external contractors and suppliers
• Manages the exposure and risk on project
• Read, analyze, and ensure alignment with policies
• Communicates clearly and effectively at all levels of the organization, using verbal and written communication as appropriate
• Organize information clearly and precisely
• Research, extract and analyze statistics and other information and prepare comprehensive reports
• Develop and recommend project management controls for assigned projects
• Handle all internal and external contacts with courtesy, diplomacy, and tact
• Facilitates resolution to conflicts and disagreements
• Demonstrates a business-focused approach, aimed at delivering results and value to the customer
• Write reports, business correspondence and other complex documents
• Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups, managers, customers, and others
• Displays adaptability and flexibility to deal with the non-routine or unexpected situations
• Demonstrates competence in key areas of management and leadership expertise including communication and relationship building, staff direction and motivation, financial planning and control, quality management, risk analysis and the achievement of targets
