These activities included directing budgets; technology adaptation and integration; developed business and implemented and workforce development policy and procedures. • Provided Budget projection, budget controls and management, contracts management, and reporting. • Concurrently direct and manage objectives, relationships, and expectations of stakeholders, including PG&E, SMUD, SCE, SCG, local cities, and county municipalities for the Whole House Performance Pilot Programs by developing program policy and procedures, program scopes, workforce development, worker safety policies, and stakeholder workshops; including supervising over 200-member certified sub-contractor workforce, 25 admin, engineering, and QA inspection staff.
• Oversaw development of nation’s largest utility energy efficiency programs in coordination with California State Energy Program (SEP), DOE EECBG, and ARRA Funded Projects. • Coordinate directly with regional and local government partners and national agencies on the largest energy conservation program in the nation by building and maintaining collaborative relationships with clients, stakeholders and cross-functional team members.
• Administer coordination of EDD Grant funding for workforce training for Building Performance Institute (BPI) certification/accreditation, Energy Star Partnership, and California Building Performance Contractors Association, now Efficiency First; internal controls and implemented QA/QC policy & EM&V standard.
• Delivery over 600 small/medium-sized projects during pilot launch phase that provided a projected average 32% calculated energy savings. • Participation in California Fuel Cell Partnership Evaluations/Marketing Analysis for Technology Adaptation
