The responsibilities I had as a customer service representative involved: Assisting customers with inquiries and issues via email, chat, and voice; inquiries which were often related to payment inconveniences, tech support for website and app issues, and also handling private information to place orders and create tickets. Later, as a trainer, it was relevant to instruct the new members of the company on the campaign and their service (product knowledge, achieve metric goals and develop or improve soft skills). I had to monitor and supervise their performance (quality analysis), and finally, I also used to provide up-trainings to current agents and supervisors.
